Rediscovering Calamba Laguna

Ayala Greenfield Heights Right Here at Calamba

When my friend invited me to visit Ayala Greenfield Heights Sunday morning, I thought this place is located  in Sta. Rosa Laguna or Manila area.

I am surprise to know during our phone conversation that this prime development is here at Calamba Laguna, a 15-minute travel from our residence.

Even we have other commitment to do, I encourage my family to visit it after the mass since this is just near to our place.

When he instructed me to go to the clubhouse, we went immediately to the  terrace.  One can cast your gaze over the priceless views of Mount Makiling, Laguna de Bay, Tagaytay Ridge, and the Metro Manila cityscape.  Truly a remarkable view!

Now I know why my friend encourage me to bring extra clothes to swim around or other sports gear for badminton/tennis/basketball to fully enjoy the place.  I really regret not following his advice.  Anyway, our really purpose is to just visit the place.  Maybe next time around.

What we did is to fully explore the place and take pictures.

This is the large swimming pool where waters from the pool is overflowing to the other side which have also the scenic view as the same with the terrace.

We love the fountain beside the pool who is like dancing up and down.

Aside from the swimming pool, this 15-hectare Nature Park have picnic groves and other amenities such as an open playfield, tree groves, hike and bike trails, a skating rink, a fishing lagoon and camp/picnic sites.

Atop is the fishing lagoon and there are crews around who will assist you if you decide to go fishing.  Most of the fish that you will catch here are tilapia.

This is the bridge where you can place yourself in catching fish.

Kids love the tree groves and there is a bridge that would go over the tree which they climb all over with it.

The open play field is truly green and well taken care of.

If ever my kids will not enjoy the place especially the big ones, they will just sit at the car and keep on saying to just go home but not with this place.

We have encourage them to appreciate nature by introducing these places not the typical way of going to the mall just eat out as what they usually do when we were still at the metro.

Hi Jinkee! Firstly, I would have to congratulate you for this very helpful blog. It’s very informative even to a resident of Laguna like myself. I’m wondering if the clubhouse’s amenities are exclusive for residents of Ayala Greenfield Heights only or is it like Solenad, Nuvali which is open to public visitors? Pls. send me details about the place. I would love to visit it one weekend. Thanks. Keep blogging!
